We work closely with our customers to ensure they are getting the most out of the product, and their feedback is invaluable in improving Dataplayer. That is why we are thrilled to launch our new and improved dashboard templates, designed to take your data reports to the next level.
What’s new?
- Pre-built templates for different practice types
Our Mega and Giga plan templates are now designed to exclusively serve the needs of different practice types, based on their number of practitioners and site locations. The Mega plan template is most suitable for clinics with one site location and up to 10 practitioners, while the flexibility and comparative reports of the Giga plan support larger practices with multiple locations.
- Comprehensive tab organisation
Focusing on the information you get from each report, the templates are organised in a way that every tab of reports brings insights in a comprehensive way. The user-friendly design makes it easy to get all you need in a glimpse.
- New metrics
There is a broad range of KPIs you can track for your practice, so we have added new reports on new patients, rebook rates etc. If you need a report that is not included in the initial templates, you can request it through our store and it will be added to your dashboard.
- PMS + XERO dashboard
Now you can switch between dashboards to view your PMS or XERO data. The financial reports give you insights into your income and expenses, with the flexibility to view different date ranges and get into details.
