  • Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose: AWS’s Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose was used to automate the ingestion of marketing data in real time. This service enabled MyChiro to continuously stream data from their marketing platforms directly into the cloud, ensuring that their data was always up-to-date and readily available for analysis.
  • Amazon S3: For scalable and cost-effective storage, Amazon S3 was integrated to securely store MyChiro’s marketing data. This solution provided a highly durable storage environment with the flexibility to manage and expand as needed, supporting the growing volume of marketing data.
  • Amazon Athena: To facilitate efficient and ad-hoc querying of their marketing data, MyChiro utilised Amazon Athena. This serverless query service allowed them to analyse data stored in S3 without the need for additional infrastructure, enabling quick and accurate insights into marketing performance.
  • AWS QuickSight: For advanced data visualisation, AWS QuickSight was employed to create interactive dashboards and reports. QuickSight transformed complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, helping MyChiro monitor key performance indicators, track advertising performance, and make data-driven decisions.

The Outcomes

The implementation of AWS’s cloud services brought transformative improvements to MyChiro’s marketing data management and analysis. By integrating Kinesis Data Firehose, S3, Athena, and QuickSight, MyChiro achieved the following outcomes:
