Set targets for practitioners

Our Tera plan has no limitations on the value that you can get or the reports that can be tailored for your practice. All our users, no matter the subscription plan, can set targets for their practice to track their revenue progress, appointment numbers, cancellations, and DNAs.

However, you can dive deeper into this and analyse this data for your practitioners. You can request to add targets for your practice branches in different site locations or for each of your practitioners.

The targets can be set weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Besides the default KPIs, you can track other ones such as new patient %, NPS score, utilisation rate, etc.
