Measure Net Promoter Score for your practice

One metric our users love tracking is the Net Promoter Score (NPS). NPS helps to measure the loyalty, satisfaction, and enthusiasm of the practice patients by asking them one simple question: “On a scale from 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend our practice to a friend or colleague?”

Tracking this metric for your practice, and analysing it per practitioner or appointment type, can help you identify important insights such as opportunities for growth, referrals or marketing of a certain service at a specific time during the year; practitioners that do not get good ratings and need training, etc.
